We spent one day exploring Antelope State Island Park. It is a beautiful state park with hiking, beaches, a ranch, breathtaking scenery, and buffaloes.<\/p>\n<p>It can easily be a full-day activity. &nbsp;It costs $15 per vehicle to enter the park. Once in the park, there are several trailheads of varying lengths for hiking, a big beach, and there is a restaurant if you do not bring your own food. It does not rain much in Utah. One thing we have in common\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>We stopped for lunch at the Buffalo Island Grill. Michael was not deterred by seeing the Buffalo roaming. We did the Buffalo Point Trail, which is a short 1-mile hike up to a panoramic vista.&nbsp; The rangers provide clear information about how strenuous each hike is and all of the trails are clearly marked. It was warm the day we went. We have spent the last month skiing and being in freezing weather. It was a shock to our bodies. met two brothers and had a game of tag for 20 minutes before our food came. The boys are craving social interaction. They were happy to play, even if just for a little while. Poor Henry was playing so hard that he got a little scraped up. We could go back a few times and not see it all. We drove by Fielding Garr Ranch, but the boys fell asleep, so we didn&#8217;t explore it.
