Our first ski spot for the 2025 ski season was at the Purgatory Resort in the San Juan Mountains of southwestern Colorado. in a great condo right on the slopes. It was our first true ski-in\/ski-out accommodation, and now we are spoiled. The temperatures were a little chilly (17-19 degrees Fahrenheit) the first couple of days, but the sun was shining, and the slopes were practically empty. On his birthday we skied in the morning. In the afternoon, we took a snowmobile tour. It is a first for all of us. We played games and laughed a lot.
