Several Forever Wild families took a trip to the Sky Mirror in Kuala Selangor. This natural wonder only appears twice a month, during the new and full moons, when the tides pull back to reveal a vast sandbank that perfectly reflects the sky, creating the illusion of walking on water.
The journey was an hour-and-a-half bus ride to Kuala Selangor and then a 30-minute boat ride through the Straits of Malacca. We saw dolphins along the way, which the boat driver said is rare.
Stepping off the boat and onto the sandbank, it was hard to see how we would get amazing photos. It did not look magical, but as you can see from the pictures, the photographers knew what they were doing. Everyone had a blast posing and creating funny optical illusions.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the Forever Wild families to bond and get creative together. We captured some amazing memories and enjoyed a truly unique adventure.
